install it using apt-get see http://rzr.online.fr/q/harmattan

On target :

apt-get install bash x11vnc
x11vnc -passwd $USER -display :0  2>&1 | less
/sbin/ifconfig  # note down ip

On host :

apt-get install xtightvncviewer
vncviewer $targethost
